Please follow the steps below if you are unable to sign in to OnDemandKorea with your iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
How to Sign-In
1) Click the Profile Icon on the lower right corner.
2) Input your email and password. If you have a Facebook/Apple account, please select the "Sign In with Facebook/Apple" button.
3) Please check if you signed in with a valid account that includes your purchased membership.
Reset Your Password
1) Please reset your password if the sign-in fails by clicking on the "Forgot Password" in the Sign-in page.
2) Input your OnDemandKorea email address and click on the "Send Password Reset Link".
3) Find the password reset email in your inbox and click on the link provided.
*If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder as well.
4) Enter the new password you'd like to use and verify it. Then click the "Confirm" button.
If signing in and resetting the password doesn't work, please contact the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
